The concierge service is undoubtedly the most complex service provided to condominiums, in the sense that it involves a multitude of tasks which, to be diligently carried out, require the constant presence of a person in the building: from guarding the building, to cleaning the common areas, to receiving and sorting the mail and, in general, a series of small tasks that are normally requested of the concierge.
